01Who we are

Dailysharing Technologies is part of Dailysharing LTD, a business registered in England and Wales with company number 16613006 and registered office at 85-90 Paul St. London EC2A 4NE.

02Our services

We provide skills, training and certification programmes across project management, business set-up, up-skilling, cyber security, artificial intelligence, business branding, data analysis, apps and software development, website design, email and hosting, digital marketing and logo design.

Course outlines, durations, formats and prices shown on this website are indicative. Where a course is delivered for a group or an organisation, the final scope, schedule and fee are confirmed in a written proposal.

03Bookings and confirmations

A booking request submitted through this website is a request to reserve a place. A place is confirmed only when we issue a written confirmation to the email address you provide, quoting your booking reference.

You are responsible for the accuracy of the details you submit, including delegate names, contact details and any access or equipment requirements.

04Fees and payment

Fees are stated in pounds sterling and exclude VAT unless expressly stated otherwise. Payment terms are set out in your confirmation or proposal.

We may reschedule a session for reasons including trainer illness, low enrolment or events outside our reasonable control. Where we reschedule, you may move to the new date or receive a full refund of fees paid for the affected session.

05Your responsibilities

• Attend sessions on time and behave professionally towards trainers and other learners.
• Do not record, copy, resell or redistribute training materials, assessments or recordings without our written permission.
• Do not use our labs or environments for unlawful activity, including attempts to attack systems you are not authorised to test.
• Tell us in advance about any accessibility, health or learning needs so we can support you properly.

06Certification

Certificates are issued where a learner meets the attendance and assessment requirements of the programme. Where a course prepares you for a third party certification, that certification is awarded by the relevant awarding body and is subject to their rules and fees.

07Intellectual property

All course materials, brand assets, course designs and website content remain the property of Dailysharing LTD or its licensors. Learners receive a personal, non-transferable licence to use materials for their own development.

08Liability

Nothing in these terms limits liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, or any liability that cannot be limited by law.

Subject to that, our total liability arising from a booking is limited to the fees paid for the affected programme, and we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, including lost profit, lost opportunity or loss of data.

09Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, and the courts of England and Wales have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute.
